Our international client, operating within the engineering solutions industry, currently seeks to appoint a Financial Accountant to join their growing team in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. In this role, you will manage and control all reporting (monthly and yearly) and work in collaboration with all areas of finance in reviewing, scrutinising, and developing effective systems, controls and process flow.Duties&Responsibilities

Manual processing of receipts from bank statements to SAP B1 Capture Cashbook Journals and truck invoices on SAP B1 Preparation and compilation of Weekly Cash Forecast Update Amortisation Tables Capture and pay suppliers Preparation of Debtor recons Update Credit Committee Minutes, Legal Debtor Spreadsheet, credit Summary SpreadsheetUpdate and Prepare the Debt vs Capital Spreadsheet Printing and Filling - Journals, Recons etc. Update and Prepare Balance Sheet Recons VAT Audits submissions Procurement reporting and queries Annual tax pack submission Incentive fee review and payment Desired Experience&Qualification

BCom Accounting or similar Finance Degree At least 3 years’ experience in a financial accountant function within the construction, engineering, heavy manufacturing or similar industries Proficient in SAP Knowledge of amortisation schedules Position interfaces with: Executives, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, PayrollInterested?
