Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Account Manager with proven experience in a digital or marketing agency environment. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully, relationships are nurtured, and opportunities for growth are identified.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency setting, understands digital marketing workflows, and can confidently manage multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance

Collaborate with internal teams (paid media, SEO, creative, content) to execute strategies

Translate client goals into actionable marketing plans

Monitor campaign performance and present insights, reports, and recommendations

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication

Handle client feedback and resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications

2–5+ years of experience in an

Account Manager role within a digital or marketing agency

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing)

Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience using CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com)

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Experience working with international clients (UK/US markets preferred)

Fully remote role with international clients and a flexible work environment
