Requirements Outbound&Cadence Execution

Execute structured multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, short video)

Maintain consistent daily activity and follow-up discipline

Adapt messaging based on engagement and lead feedback

Lead Qualification

Confidently hold early conversations around:

Managed hosting and cloud infrastructure

Uptime, SLAs, performance, security, backups, redundancy

Scaling infrastructure and operational risk

Qualify for fit, ownership, urgency, and intent

Build rapport quickly and professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Marketing&Top-of-Funnel Collaboration

Work closely with marketing to ensure:

All inbound and nurtured leads are followed up promptly

Marketing-generated leads are qualified and progressed correctly

No warm leads stall at the top of the funnel

Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and objections

Support campaign follow-up and re-engagement activity

Meeting Booking&Handover

Book high-quality meetings with clear purpose and context

Ensure prospects understand why the meeting matters

Deliver accurate, insightful handovers via CRM

CRM&Process

Keep CRM fully up to date (touchpoints, notes, next steps)

Take ownership of lead quality through to handover

Use CRM data to prioritise activity and improve outcomes

Essential

Experience in B2B sales development or business development

Strong written and verbal communication

High emotional intelligence— you read people and situations well

Organised, reliable, and proactive

Comfortable working in structured, outcome-driven environments

CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)

Performance&Accountability

Measured on qualified meetings completed, lead quality, and follow-through

Targets reviewed as the business scales
