Overview

A leading company in the transportation and logistics sector is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at its Bryanston facility. This is a fixed-term contract role suited to a hands‑on professional with strong leadership and operational management skills.Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Ensure efficient inventory management and accurate stock control processes. Lead and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training. Maintain health and safety standards in line with company policies and regulations.Monitor and improve operational efficiency, identifying areas for process improvement. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer requirements. Manage documentation and reporting related to warehouse operations. Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure smooth distribution flow.Minimum Requirements

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of health and safety regulations. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience in the FMCG or distribution environment. Key Competencies
