Previous experience in a conveyancing environment (junior level) Basic understanding of property transfer processes Knowledge of Deeds Office procedures (preferably Pretoria Deeds Office) Experience with correspondent lodgements Exposure to rates clearance and transfer duty processes Experience with conveyancing systems such as GhostConvey, Korbitec, Lexis Convey or similarFamiliarity with Deeds Office lodgement and tracking processes Exposure to SARS eFiling and municipal online systems for rates clearance applications Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines Strong willingness to learn and develop within the conveyancing field Key Responsibilities

Preparing deeds and documentation for lodgement Handling correspondent lodgements at the Pretoria Deeds Office Assisting with applications for rates clearance certificates Assisting with SARS transfer duty applications Supporting senior conveyancing secretaries with transfer matters Communicating with municipalities, SARS, Deeds Office, and correspondent firmsMaintaining accurate filing, tracking, and record keeping of all matters Running own transfer files from instruction to registration
