Essential Requirements
Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in internal sales or customer service

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Convert inbound enquiries into sales opportunities
Process orders and maintain accurate sales documentation
Handle walk‑in and telephonic customer interactions
Monitor and respond to digital and website enquiries
