Remote (US Hours - 9am to 5pm EST)

Paid in South African Rands (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR support across the organisation

Assist with payroll-related queries, including investigating and resolving payment discrepancies

Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with hiring requirements

Manage cancellations, schedule changes, and employee updates accurately and efficiently

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation

Support HR-related projects and process improvements

Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing clear and timely communication

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations

Qualifications

Proven experience in HR administration or a similar HR support role

Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Confident handling day-to-day HR issues independently

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and efficient

Professional, reliable, and strong work ethic

Remote Work Requirements

Comfortable working U.S. hours

Remote work from home
