Description
Overview:

A dynamic role supporting financial administration, office management, and executive assistance within a professional environment. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Finance Support (±1–2 days per week):

Assist with VAT submissions and supporting documentation

Maintain accurate financial records and data capturing

Reconciliations and general finance

Work on Sage Pastel

Office Management:

Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth running of the office

Manage suppliers, office supplies, and general administration

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office logistics

Personal Assistance:

Provide personal and administrative support to management

Manage diaries, correspondence, and general coordination

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Solid numeracy skills; Accounting as a subject or qualification advantageous

Relevant qualification or studies in Accounting / Finance beneficial2–5 years’ experience in a similar administrative / finance support role

Proficient in Sage Pastel or similar accounting systems

Highly organised, reliable, and able to multitask

Valid driver’s license and own transport
