This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, where you will own the performance and evolution of a nationally recognized customer engagement platform. You will be instrumental in shaping customer journeys, driving digital utility, and ensuring our loyalty initiatives translate directly into measurable business outcomes—specifically tracked revenue and increased customer lifetime value. This role demands a commercially astute leader who can balance strategic vision with flawless execution across a complex, multi-brand environment. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related analytical field. Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Customer Lifetime Management (CLM), CRM, Loyalty Programmes, Direct Marketing, or Customer Growth Management. At least 5 years demonstrated experience in a functionalleadership or management capacity.Proven track record leading large-scale customer, rewards, or engagement programs within a complex, multi-brand or retail setting. Strong commercial acumen, with a clear ability to translate customer strategy into measurable business outcomes. Exceptional stakeholder leadership skills, capable of influencing outcomes across multiple brands and executive teams.Experience working cross-functionally with dedicated analytics, testing, technology, and digital operations teams. Direct experience within retail, multi-brand retail ecosystems, or complex customer ecosystem environments. Influencing, strong communication/storytelling, analytical decision-making, resilience, and collaborative leadership.
