Proven experience in a Managing Director or equivalent senior executive role with full P&L responsibility Strong commercial, financial, and strategic leadership capability Experience leading multi‑site or complex operational businesses (hospitality, tourism, or service‑led industries) Track record of delivering business growth and operational excellence Experience operating in emerging or remote markets advantageousStrong leadership presence with ability to inspire senior teams High emotional intelligence, integrity, and sound decision‑making ability Strong problem‑solving and pragmatic, solutions‑driven mindset Ability to thrive in remote and operationally complex environments Strong alignment with sustainable and purpose‑driven business principlesKey Responsibilities
