Oversee all kitchen operations and food production Design and implement innovative, high-quality menus in line with lodge standards Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team to ensure consistent excellence Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards Manage stock control, ordering, and food cost efficiencyEnsure consistent quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction Collaborate with management to deliver an elevated dining experience Requirements
