A casino and hotel group is seeking an experienced Complex Hotel General Manager to oversee hospitality/hotel operations within a complex consisting of 5 hotels, a large Convention Centre, and various food&beverage outlets. Responsibilities

Oversee the overall hospitality and hotel operations of the complex, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and achievement of financial targets. Qualifications

Tertiary qualification Minimum 12 years of hotel and operations management experience in 4* hotels as a GM Experience as a GM of at least 3 hotels with a combined total of more than 600 rooms (Senior Executive level) Strong communication and leadership skills Business management skills Financial acumen and good understanding of company P&L EXCO level management experience in 4- or 5-star resort hotels or cluster GM for at least 5 years South African nationals only
