Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management 3–4 years’ experience in a similar senior hospitality role Strong computer literacy Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Solid understanding of hotel operations and luxury guest service standards Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management abilitiesAbility to perform effectively under pressure within a fast‑paced environment Key Competencies
