General

Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure adherence to company Code of Ethics. Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems&implementation of Quality System. Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with accepted service delivery standards. Maintain quality, efficiency and confidentiality of service. Liaise with and assist Administrator. Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system.Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct line manager. Administration

Liaise with customers via telephone or email. Ensure all messages are conveyed to relevant people. Capture and maintain accurate data on internal systems and spreadsheets. Assist with preparing and processing quotations and invoices. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and document management.Support the team with tracking and updating records. Assist with basic reporting and information consolidation. Respond to internal queries and provide administrative support where required. Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct line manager.
