Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a five‑star lodge or similar high‑end hospitality operation Strong background in guest interaction and team leadership within the service industry Qualification in Hospitality or Business Management Excellent command of English (spoken and written) Warm, confident, and professional personality suited to high‑end clienteleWell‑presented, honest, diligent, and self‑motivated Strong organisational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily lodge operations across all departments Enhance and innovate guest experiences while maintaining brand standards Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning guests Ensure all operational tasks and action lists are completed within budget Support Heads of Department in achieving guest satisfaction targetsIdentify training needs and implement development plans Promote a culture of personalised guest care across the lodge Coordinate guest delight activities with all operational teams Assist with monthly planning including staffing, training, and guest requirements What’s on Offer
