This individual will take full responsibility for overseeing administration and financial processes across multiple lodge operations and the regional office. They will ensure consistency in systems, reporting, record‑keeping, procurement, and compliance, creating a strong foundation for operational excellence across all properties.They will lead and support lodge‑based administration teams, providing training, guidance, and oversight to ensure accuracy, accountability, and efficiency. Acting as a key link between lodge teams and head office, they will maintain clear communication channels while monitoring workloads and resolving administrative challengesacross sites.In addition, they will prepare consolidated financial, HR, and operational reports for management, ensuring all legal, financial, and company standards are met. Regular audits of administrative processes will be required to maintain transparency, accuracy, and consistency throughout the group. Who They’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior administrative role Hospitality or related diploma advantageous Strong financial administration and reporting experience Excellent leadership and team supervision skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident enforcing standards, systems, and complianceProficient in MS Office and strong English communication skills Mature, reliable, and professional with a calm, steady approach The Bottom Line:
