Key Responsibilities

Manage client and trade enquiries for luxury hotel stays and experiences Promote and sell the hotel collection to drive business growth in Kenya Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and partners Coordinate travel itineraries, reservations, and special requests for guestsProvide personalised service and advice to ensure an exceptional guest experience Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise occupancy and revenue Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform strategy Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication with clients and stakeholdersRequirements
