Our client is a high‑velocity advertising agency specializing in multi‑channel campaigns across a wide range of industries. From social and email to web content, video, and design, they deliver end‑to‑end marketing solutions powered by AI‑driven tools that push creative production and execution to the next level.

The Marketing Strategist&Content Designer Hybrid strategist and executor responsible for developing creative campaigns, managing social media content, and producing high‑quality assets across multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar platforms for prompt‑based copywriting across social media, email, and web, ensuring a human and on‑brand feel.

Generate high‑quality image and video assets using AI tools, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and client guidelines.

Validate AI output rigorously for accuracy, brand tone, and factual correctness before publishing.

Pivot seamlessly between tasks—designing a brochure in Adobe InDesign one morning and drafting an Instagram campaign the next.

Execute blog and LinkedIn content across various industries, maintaining quality and strategic alignment.

Conduct UX audits, review heatmaps, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

Create and maintain content calendars across multiple client accounts.

Provide strategic guidance on social media performance, emerging trends, and platform best practices.

Monitor engagement, manage comments, and coordinate with the team on responses.

Coordinate with designers, video editors, and social media managers to ensure smooth delivery of assets.

Keep project workflows organized using Asana or similar tools.

Communicate proactively with leadership and team members via Google Chat and other channels.

Review, edit, and optimize creative assets.

Assist in strategy for paid media placements, monitoring performance.

Ensure content and creative output aligns with client branding standards and overall campaign goals.

Qualifications– Experience

3+ years in a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.

Proven track record managing multiple client accounts and shifting deadlines.

Experience writing and executing blog and LinkedIn content across industries.

Hands‑on experience conducting UX audits and interpreting heatmap data.

Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.

Qualifications– Skills

Strategic thinking and independent concept development.

AI content proficiency and critical evaluation of outputs.

Strong written English for compelling copy.

Deep understanding of Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube dynamics.

Proactive communication, keeping Google Chat open.

Industry curiosity and continuous learning.
