Formal culinary qualification essential Graduates from ICA, Prue Leith, or similar culinary institutions highly preferred Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef within luxury hospitality Strong fine dining experience essential Proven leadership and kitchen management abilitiesExcellent organisational and communication skills Passion for culinary excellence and luxury guest experiences Ability to work effectively under pressure within a remote lodge environment Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the full kitchen operation Design and deliver exceptional fine dining menus and guest experiences Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen brigade Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency Manage stock control, ordering, food costings, and kitchen administrationEnsure strict hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards Cater to guest dietary requirements and personalised requests Work closely with lodge management to uphold luxury hospitality standards Ideal Candidate
