Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field
10+ years’ experience in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, or organisational development
Experience overseeing or managing organisational structures across large multi-site or multi-branch environments (±100 branches)
Strong experience in HR analytics, reporting, and dashboards (Excel / Power BI advantageous)
Experience with organisational restructuring and succession planning
Knowledge of job evaluation, role analysis, and workforce planning frameworks
Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting, and influencing skills
Experience with KPI implementation, talent reviews, and change management
