Assist with daily route planning and load scheduling Capture and update transport trip information Communicate with drivers regarding deliveries, delays, and incidents Prepare transport documents such as delivery notes, trip sheets, invoices Monitor fleet utilisation and operational performanceSupport transport compliance processes Escalate customer complaints and safety risks Provide administrative support within the logistics department Minimum Requirements
