Description
About Us At our organisation, we redefine executive and business support through exceptional problem‑solving, proactive execution, and advanced integration of technology and AI. We partner with purpose‑led leaders who value strategic collaborators capable of swiftly turning complexity into clarity and challenges into opportunities.
You are highly tech‑savvy and naturally leverage tools, including AI, to design, deliver, and scale impactful programs. Whether your background is in program management, operations, product, or enablement, you excel at driving clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes across complex initiatives.
Join a culture that prioritises clarity, practical innovation, and the seamless integration of human intuition with technology and AI‑driven efficiency.
About Our Client And The Role We are partnering with an innovative digital learning and transformation business developing practical AI learning experiences, workflows, and enablement programmes for modern organisations.
We are seeking a highly practical, hands‑on AI Learning Systems Specialist to help design, build, and support technically credible AI‑enabled learning experiences, workflows, and user journeys.
This is not a purely strategic AI consulting role. We are specifically looking for someone who actively builds, experiments with, and implements AI tools, workflows, copilots, automations, or AI‑enabled experiences in practice. The ideal candidate combines technical capability with strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for making AI understandable, practical, and usable for learners.
You will work closely with product, instructional design, operations, and production teams to help shape scalable AI learning products, technical walkthroughs, labs, exercises, and workflow‑driven learning experiences.
This role would suit someone from AI enablement, developer education, technical learning, AI product education, AI consulting, workflow automation, or hands‑on AI product environments.
Initially, this engagement will begin on a freelance / contract basis, with the potential to evolve into a longer‑term opportunity as the programme scales.
Key Responsibilities
Design and support AI‑enabled learning systems and technical learning experiences
Help shape AI Builder curriculum content, workflows, labs, and learner journeys
Create and review practical AI exercises, prompts, demos, and workflow examples
Prototype AI‑enabled workflows, automations, copilots, or learning experiences
Support technical QA and testing across AI learning products and experiences
Translate complex AI concepts into practical learner‑friendly experiences
Collaborate closely with instructional designers, production teams, and technical stakeholders
Evaluate emerging AI tools, workflows, and platforms for learning use cases
Support facilitator guidance, learner enablement materials, and technical documentation
Contribute to experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement across AI learning products
Identify technical risks, usability challenges, and implementation considerations early
Support scalable and commercially relevant approaches to AI‑enabled learning experiences
Requirements Essential Experience
Strong hands‑on experience using modern AI tools, platforms, or workflows in practice
Experience building, testing, or implementing AI‑enabled workflows, copilots, automations, assistants, or user experiences
Comfortable working in fast‑moving, evolving technical environments
Ability to explain technical AI concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences
Strong implementation, experimentation, and problem‑solving mindset
Experience supporting technical learning, enablement, education, or product adoption initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to bridge technical and non‑technical conversations effectively
Highly Desirable
Experience within learning technology, developer education, technical training, or AI enablement environments
Exposure to OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, or AI agent tooling
Experience creating labs, sandbox exercises, workshops, walkthroughs, or facilitator‑led learning experiences
Experience collaborating with instructional design or learning production teams
Consulting, freelance, or transformation programme experience
Experience evaluating practical enterprise use cases for AI adoption
Important Note We are particularly interested in candidates with genuine practical AI implementation experience rather than purely conceptual or strategic AI backgrounds.
Benefits This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious team where you can make an immediate impact. You'll work on meaningful projects, help drive operational excellence, and play a key role in ensuring successful delivery across the business.
