The Graphic Designer III is responsible for the creation of specialised digital content in line with the brand vision and design strategy. The Graphic Designer III plays a role in shaping the visual identity and elevating the creative output of the brand. Responsibilities
Conceptualizing&designing of dynamic 360 marketing campaigns. Innovative contemporary content creation and ideation. Project management and organization of toolkits and files sharing of collateral. Fluent in liaising with internal&external vendors, suppliers and printers. Update and Facilitate post-production, print-ready, proofing and QC. Translating, generating and executing of briefs according to International brand standards&internal brand requirements. Ensuring all work aligns to core brand positioning&guidelines. Ensuring Art Dept production deadlines are met. Give guidance and leadership to the Junior designers and Interns within the team. Take on certain responsibilities and show initiative in the absence of the Line Manager.
Qualifications
Qualifications&Experience: 3 to 5+ years previous experience as a Senior Graphic Designer. At least 2-3 years in Leading Projects and or initiatives. Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent off based on experience. In-depth working knowledge Efficient in Adobe CC, Ps, Ai, ID, Ae, Pr, Lr. 3D Knowledge&Technically skilled advantageous. On&Off Set Photography, post-production, retouching knowledge essential. On&Off Set Videography&Video editing knowledge essential. Animation&Motion Graphics advantageous. Experience in Medium to Large photography productions essential. A love, passion and knowledge for the Brand Culture of Streetwear, Urban Lifestyle, Next Gen Lifestyle essential. Skills Able to work in a high performance environment and adapt to pressure with enthusiasm, logic&drive. Organized, deadline driven and has exceptional time management skills. Flexible and multi-tasked with attention to detail. An in depth understanding of Production, ideation, workflow and design thinking. Knowledge of DTP&substrate production. Understanding of digital principles, platforms, content creation for social structures. Up-to-date with industry related trends. From Omni Digital Marketing and A.I. Efficient use&knowledge of Apple Mac OS&Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro and After Effects is essential. Has an eye for Typography, communication design, layout and balanced compositions. Able to translate briefs, creative direction, feedback&design. A high level of creativity and has the ability to be innovative&elevate. A Positive attitude, interpersonal skills and networker. Exudes emotional intelligence during challenging situations. Problem solving mindset. Loves a challenge. Able to work within a team and in isolation. Able to communicate and articulate effectively. Goal&Growth oriented. A mature approach to leadership. Can makes quick, calculated and informed decisions. Behaviours Readily takes on new challenges and opportunities with a sense of urgency and eagerness. Effectively considers the diverse needs of various stakeholders. Establishes and nurtures internal and external relationships in order to create robust, and mutually beneficial, partnerships.Applies creative marketing insights in order to drive departmental objectives. Effectively works with others to achieve shared goals. A portfolio is essential for all interviews - Only original artworks will be accepted. Portfolios must consist of Fashion Retail Marketing. Lifestyle culture content. Omni-channel Asset creation.
