ADMINISTRATION MANAGER Seniority Level:

Plant Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accountability for warehouse, stores, factory administration, and financial accounting.

Manage team performance and compliance with procedures.

Responsible for welfare department and security on all associated sites.

Ensure adherence to ISO and Quality Management Systems requirements.

Effective budget management and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 with Core Mathematics

Completed Commerce related Degree (BCom, BCompt)

5 years' admin experience with knowledge of accounting and financial systems.

Experience in managing budgets and leading teams.

Experience in Quality Management Systems and ERP systems.

Proficiency in English and Microsoft 365 Suite.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, BCom (Business Finance)
