Develop and evaluate process flows and creates standard operating procedures (SOP's) Co-ordinate and manage suppliers. Implement, monitor and ensure all SOP's are adhered to in all areas Manage and the prevent stock losses and shrinkage, security awareness Oversee Stock ordering and managementDeal with customer complaints, queries and resolving the matter at hand.
