We are looking to add an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to our team as we continue our success into 2026! Primarily we operate in the Blue Collar space, covering everything in Manufacturing and Warehousing, however we are often approached by clients existing clients who love our service and need help in the White Collar space, so there is room for variety as well. About the Role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Pinpoint Personnel, your primary focus will be on managing and developing client relationships as well as placing and managing candidates. We have implemented Virtual Assistants in our business model which help massively regarding the workload around candidate screening and administrative tasks, leaving you to spend more time focusing on what matters. You will identify and engage with skilled workers and be able to match their abilities with our client needs. This role involves proactive outreach, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for various industrial positions. Key Responsibilities Managed and develop client relationships, both existing and new. Proactively source and engage with potential candidates through various channels. Build and maintain a network of skilled and experienced workers. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements. Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet client needs. Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process. Maintain accurate records and reports related to candidate sourcing activities.
