This is a unique opportunity to work with a team that handles complex estate planning, administration and litigation matters for high-net-worth individuals and family businesses. For those with an interest in business development, there are strong opportunities to contribute, including delivering presentations to clients and external peers at continuing professional education seminars.  About the Role: As a senior practitioner, you will have the option to work exclusively on Estate Litigation matters, or manage a balance of Wills and Estates matters, across estate litigation, estate administration and comprehensive estate planning. You’ll work closely with a team known for its practical and strategic legal advice, ensuring clients receive timely and cost-effective solutions. The role also includes mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
