Dental Receptionist/Assistant Burpengary Dental Practice Burpengary, Brisbane QLD Dental (Healthcare and Medical) Full time 27 – 35 per hour Greenland Dental Burpengary is seeking a Dental Receptionist to work Full time/Part time. We are seeking an individual that is kind, caring and reliable to join our friendly team. Our practice is dedicated to patient satisfaction by providing a large range of high quality dental services. Therefore it is important for our future employee to be an exceptional team player, impeccable time management skills and also have the ability to work independently. Excellent customer service skills Experience working in a dental setting or experience in administration duties in a medical setting Competency in processing claims and transactions (Hicaps, DVA, CDBS and government vouchers) High level of organisational skills and ability to multitask Ability to work as a team and autonomously Professional, friendly and approachable demeanour Ability to triage calls, patient inquiries and prioritise tasks Sound understanding of infection control Ability to work unsupervised Experience using Oasis Software (highly regarded) The successful applicant will have training provided for a wide range of dental procedures, sterilization duties and be willing to adapt to feedback on a regular basis. Start Date is for as soon as possible.
