The Role: We’re looking for an experienced full-function 360 degree Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll take over an active desk, revenue-generating Qualified Accounting desk with established PSA clients and immediate access to roles, while also developing your own client portfolio. Key Recruitment Responsibilities include: Manage end-to-end recruitment across temporary and permanent roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Manage PSA accounts and deliver outstanding service. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Conduct candidate interviews and provide consultative career advice. Negotiate offers and provide post-placement support.
