About the Role: Are you a registered Migration Agent looking to make a positive impact on people's lives? Join E-Help Education and Migration, a leading Brisbane-based education and migration consultancy as we expand our team. Multiple positions (full-time, part-time, contract options) based in Brisbane, QLD (on-site with hybrid flexibility for the right candidate). You will provide expert immigration advice and support clients from initial consultation through to successful visa outcome, all while upholding our values of excellence, trust, and inclusivity. Key Responsibilities: Provide clear, accurate information about Australian immigration laws, policies, and visa procedures to prospective migrants. Conduct detailed visa strategy consultations via video/phone, evaluating clients' eligibility and advising on optimal pathways. Prepare, lodge, and manage visa applications on behalf of clients. Answer written and phone queries promptly, and interview applicants to gather key information. Keep clients informed throughout their visa journey, explaining requirements and decisions on their applications in plain language to ensure they understand the outcomes and next steps. Nurture client leads and build trust through excellent service. Contribute to business growth by developing strong client relationships and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (our success is built on referrals and word-of-mouth). Stay up-to-date with immigration law and policy changes. Ensure compliance with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct and all relevant legislation in every case. Qualifications and Requirements: Registered Migration Agent (MARN holder) or Australian Legal Practitioner eligible to provide immigration assistance (required). We will also consider candidates currently completing the MARA registration course to you can initially join us as a Migration Coordinator assisting our existing migration agents, gaining hands-on experience (within legal limits) until you attain registration. Current MARN registration is required to commence in the Migration Agent role. Strong understanding of Australian immigration laws and visa streams. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help people achieve their migration goals. Proven ability to build rapport with diverse clients (we serve students, professionals, employers families from various cultural backgrounds). Valid Australian work rights or an appropriate work visa required. Experience: Any prior experience is desirable but not mandatory. Newly registered agents are welcome; you will receive mentoring to get up to speed. Recent graduates or those soon to be registered are encouraged to apply (as noted, we offer a pathway via a coordinator role if you are not yet fully accredited).
