About the role Due to ongoing growth and an exciting pipeline of commercial work, we're looking for a qualified Painter to join our team full-time. You'll work across a variety of commercial projects—from high-end retail and hospitality spaces to office and franchise fit-outs—with the occasional residential job to keep things fresh. We want someone who's dependable, detail-oriented, and can carry themselves with initiative on-site. Due to the nature of our projects and national clients, some after-hours work and interstate travel may be required from time to time. Flexibility and professionalism are key. Responsibilities: Deliver a high standard of quality and attention to detail. Complete jobs on time and meet client expectations. Maintain a clean and professional job site Interact confidently and respectfully with clients and other trades Follow WHS protocols and contribute to a safe work environment Come to site fully prepared with the right tools and mindset Escalate issues where necessary and take ownership of your work Read and interpret job plans and scopes Organize your tasks and time effectively to keep projects on track Be willing and available for occasional after-hours and interstate work What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience in painting, ideally within the commercial sector Experience working on high-end or detailed fit-outs Certificate III in Painting and Decorating White Card & valid driver's licence Desirable: Blue Card, EWP licence, WHS awareness A go-getter attitude with strong initiative Currently not accepting Visa applicants Australian permanent residency is required for this position Perks & Benefits: Above award wages to competitive pay for the right applicant.
