Job Description Duties

Proactively reach out to existing and potentially new customers to assess their needs and identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling.

Manage and update customer data in the Softsure system.

Research and identify new business opportunities, and follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.

Work closely with the external sales team to provide support and ensure a smooth sales process.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and competition to identify areas for improvement.
