Breeder Farm Foreman - Goldi, Standerton

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

Ensuring all aspects of running a site are met;

Overseeing the site workers on a daily basis;

Maintenance of the site according to the company’s standards;

Welfare of our birds;

Ventilation management;

Feed management;

Vaccinations;

Production performance;

Proper implementation of 20 Keys;

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

Matric;

Post Matric relevant poultry qualification;

1-3 years poultry supervisory experience;

Effective people management skills;

An ability to cope under pressure;

Be proficient in Eng/Afr/Zulu languages;

Must have a valid driver’s license;

Must be able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
