There is a washer, dryer and clothes line that everyone can use, the electricity usage of these is included in the renting price. It comes with a bed and two side tables.

It is on Ryneveld Street, a block away from the BA building, so the mall, restaurants and clubs are all within walking distance.

There is parking in a secured area right next to the accomodation.

It is up a small flight of stairs and it has an outside veranda with a table and two benches.

Looking for someone to take over the lease. The rent is R8800 per month.
