Azure Cloud Infrastructure : Design, build, manage, and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure and services within the ICT cloud environment (40%). Incident and Ticket Management : Manage incidents and ticket requests within the ICT Operations cloud environment (40%). Cloud Security and Compliance : Ensure cloud security, compliance, and risk mitigation for Company Azure resources (5%).Process and System Improvement : Drive process and system improvements within the ICT engineering environment (5%). Support Procedures : Update and maintain support procedures within the ICT engineering environment (5%).
