To develop and implement business process architecture solutions and requirements in support of the company overall business objectives and strategy. Duties and responsibilities:

To provide business process architecture and requirements at enterprise level for various Company Support Services To support new revenue growth initiatives To drive continuous improvement post implementation of projects to track achievement of business benefits to deliver strategic and business level objectives.Translate business needs emanating from projects, new ideas or system changes into business requirements for developing/buying IT systems. Developing change management plans, project plans and designing of policies/procedures/performance measures. Qualifications and experience: 10 years of enterprise-wide business design and business process improvementTranslating corporate strategies and objectives into initiatives and/or projects Initiation and implementation of projects with the goal to improve performance through business process improvements Initiation and implementation of revenue growth initiatives Initiation and implementation of continuous improvement capabilityA relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Finance Grade 12 National Certificate Banking transactional processes Business process mapping methodologies Project Management methodologies Continuous improvement best practices (Lean, 6-Sigma, Theory of constraints) Supply chain methodologiesIncident management and workflow methodologies Required skills: Communications Skills Strategic Thinking Skills Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) Interpersonal&Relationship management Skills Presentation Skills Facilitation Skills Business Process Modelling skills (IDEF-0, Financial Modelling, Enterprise Architect, BPMN, etc.) Planning, organising and coordination skills Commercial Thinking Skills Conditions of employment: Clear criminal and credit recordWillingness to travel nationally and internationally when required Ability to work extended hours during periods of project implementation
