We are a young and dynamic international company specializing in yacht charters, focused on creating memorable experiences for demanding international clients.

Since our founding in 2019, we have experienced strong and consistent growth, positioning ourselves as a leading player in the U.S. yacht charter market. We are now entering a new phase of international expansion, with South Africa as a key market.

We are looking for a Commercial Director to take on a real challenge: to build, lead, and scale a high-performing commercial team in a premium, international environment.

Establish KPIs and performance tracking

Optimize commercial processes

Lead and manage a team of 10–15+ people

Candidate Profile We are looking for a highly structured, business-oriented professional with strong leadership capabilities.

Experience

8 - 10+ years in commercial roles

Experience leading sales teams (10+ people)

Background in premium sectors (real estate, automotive, hospitality, luxury services, etc.)

Strong experience with KPIs, targets and performance management

Strategic thinking and analytical capability

Strong execution and results orientation

Leadership and emotional intelligence

High level of organization and follow-through

Integrity and sound judgement

Nice to have:

International experience

Digital customer‑centric background

What We Offer Compensation

Variable bonus: 15–20%

On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $96,000 (approx. R1,350,000 – R1,728,000)

Working Conditions

Hybrid model: Up to 60% remote after the onboarding period (approximately 6–8 months)

As the business operates primarily within the U.S. market, the role requires partial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time for collaboration with the commercial team and key business activities. Hours for this role will be discussed in interviews.
