Procurement&Financial Administrator– Stellenbosch. Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate procurement activities for projects, including sourcing furniture, finishes, décor, and materials.
Request, receive, and compare supplier quotations and pricing.
Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
Track orders, deliveries, lead times, and procurement progress.
Coordinate logistics for deliveries, couriers, and installations.
Assist with sourcing and managing samples (fabric, materials, finishes, etc.).
Support project budget tracking from construction through to décor stages.
Maintain and organise financial records, including invoices and purchase orders.
Liaise with the project accountant regarding invoices, queries, and reconciliations.
Act as the main administrative link between the office and finance team.
Manage general office administration and filing systems.
Oversee office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Maintain an organised and efficient office environment.
Provide ad hoc administrative and coordination support as required.
Requirements:
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Experience in procurement, office administration, or project coordination (advantageous).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
Competency in maintaining budgets and financial documentation (advantageous).
Computer literacy (MS Office and general administrative systems).
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Reliable and able to work in an office-based environment.
One-month notice period applicable to both parties.
