Administrator job vacancy in Stellenbosch.
Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for residents and manage all incoming calls, emails, and queries Maintain reception area, office equipment, and office supplies Manage correspondence, filing systems, and distribution of post Maintain and update resident, owner, tenant, and pet registersCoordinate property transfers, estate agent accreditations, and security updates Manage bookings for facilities such as the Chapel and Park Assist with budget preparation and collect input from committees Process invoices, payments, and maintain financial records including cashflow and asset registersCapture and manage maintenance quotations and staff leave records Coordinate HOA meetings, prepare agendas, and compile and distribute minutes Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) Relevant diploma or certificate in Office Administration (advantageous) Previous experience in an administrative role (estate/property environment advantageous)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) Experience with estate or admin systems (e.g. My Estate Life) advantageous Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyAbility to work independently and take initiative
