The ideal candidate must possess Beauty/Somatology qualifications and have 4-5 years of managerial experience in a busy Spa or Salon. Responsibilities include managing operations, training and motivating staff, and driving sales. The candidate should be proactive with excellent product knowledge and administrative skills.
