Regional / Area Manager Furniture Retail, Port Elizabeth

Requirements

Minimum 8 years' retail management experience, with at least 4 years in a multi-site role

Proven track record in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle retail

Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Retail, or Sales Management

Strong leadership, coaching, and commercial skills

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly

Key Responsibilities

Drive regional sales performance and achievement of revenue, conversion, and margin targets

Coach, mentor, and manage store managers and sales teams across multiple locations

Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational and merchandising standards are met

Analyse performance data and implement action plans to address gaps

Collaborate with marketing on promotions, product launches, and local campaigns

Manage regional budgets and report on performance to senior leadership
