CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professionally qualified accountant 6-8 years' experience required Strong grounding in IFRS / local GAAP applied at group level Solid understanding of tax legislation, deferred tax, and loss utilisation Proven exposure to banking covenants, funding structures, and auditsGroup-level finance (multiple legal entities) Hands‑on monthly and quarterly close Consolidations, eliminations, and intercompany management Operating within regulated or capital‑intensive environments Experience supporting executive management, boards, lenders, and auditors Responsibilities
Financial Operations and Reporting
Ownership of group reporting and data integrity from Business Central Automate key financial drivers (valuations, covenants, working capital, budgets) Automated monitoring of debtors and cash cycles Standardisation of reporting packs across entities Quarterly Consolidation
Full group consolidation (financial + performance view) Alignment of intercompany, eliminations, and reporting consistency Tax Loss Utilisation Strategy
Develop and execute plan to optimise group tax losses Align legal entity performance with tax efficiency Covenants and Working Capital
Monitor bank covenants (system‑driven) Drive working capital performance (debtors, creditors, cash conversion) Ensure integrity of valuation inputs supporting covenants M and A / Strategic Support
Support valuations, funding structures, and commercial analysis Provide technical backbone for transactions Risk and Audit Tracking
Consolidate high‑risk items across all subsidiaries Track and drive resolution of audit findings Escalate critical risks to CEO Drive completion across divisions Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
