Sales Manager– Solar Industry A well-established solar company is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales division.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales management role
Previous experience within the solar, renewable energy, electrical, or related industry preferred
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle essential
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Target driven with a strong business development mindset
Computer literate and able to compile sales reports
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports
Assist with quotations, large projects, and customer solutions
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
The Successful Candidate Will:
Be highly motivated and results driven
Have strong leadership and organisational skills
Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Have a passion for sales and renewable energy solutions
