Overview

Hire Resolve’s client in the engineering and automation industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Designer in the Port Elizabeth Metropolitan Area, South Africa.

Responsibilities:

Execute daily design tasks utilizing software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Contribute to mechanical design and product development initiatives. Apply engineering principles and manufacturing processes to design efforts. Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve project goals. Communicate project statuses and concepts clearly and effectively. Maintain a keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant design software. Proven experience in mechanical design and product development. Solid understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong teamwork capabilities and a collaborative work style. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Rigorous attention to detail with an ability to meet tight deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
