This opportunity is ideal for a strong leader with manufacturing and production supervision experience in a fast-paced factory environment.

? Minimum Requirements:

• • Minimum 3–5 years’ supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Supervisory experience within manufacturing or production.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage production targets and workflows.
• Experience working shifts in a factory environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production and factory operations.
• Lead and motivate production staff.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Manage shift reporting and production targets.
