Overview

Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a leading construction company in the Eastern Cape to find a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent Structures for an exciting new project.

Responsibilities 

Oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish Manage site operations, including resource allocation and scheduling Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Monitor project progress and implement changes as needed Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders Prepare and submit project reports to management Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during construction Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

Requirements

Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management SACPCMP registration Proven experience as a Site Agent on structural projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Valid driver’s license and own transport Willingness to travel and work on site
