Credit Champion (CC) The role of a Credit Champion (CC) is to solicit loan applications by promoting the Evolution Finance (EF) offering to customers or prospective customers of a buildware merchant. The CC facilitates the application process by inputting application data into EF application systems, including uploading supporting documentation such as payslips and bank statements. The CC is the primary liaison with EF applicants regarding application progress, outcomes, and setting up merchant accounts for building material acquisition.

The CC has a societal purpose in facilitating finance for the development and improvement of housing in South Africa, and helps build-ware merchants provide better service and reach a larger customer base, thereby increasing their turnover and sustainability.

Responsibilities

Solicit loan applications by promoting Evolution Finance (EF) offering to customers or prospective customers of a buildware merchant.

Facilitate the application process by inputting application data into EF application systems, including uploading supporting documentation such as payslips and bank statements.

Serve as the primary liaison with EF applicants regarding application progress, outcomes, and setting up merchant accounts for building material acquisition.

Qualifications

Matric certificate. Tertiary qualification advantageous.

Experience in a sales environment would be advantageous.

Basic computer literacy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good networking skills and ability to handle numerous client companies and customers.

Self‑motivation and results‑driving disposition.
