Shift Supervisor - Manufacturing Industry, Port Elizabeth

A leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to join their PE Factory team.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years’ supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

Supervisory experience within manufacturing or production.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to manage production targets and workflows.

Experience working shifts in a factory environment.

Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production and factory operations.

Lead and motivate production staff.

Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance.

Ensure health and safety compliance.

Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency.

Manage shift reporting and production targets.
