Job Description
A leading manufacturing company based in Port Elizabeth is seeking a skilled Business Analyst focusing on the HR Systems to join their team for a 3 month contract. This role is critical in driving efficiency, accuracy, and insight across the HR function through system automation, data reporting, and seamless integrations. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize HR technology and enable data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities: 
  • Design, implement, and maintain HR system automations to streamline HR processes and reduce manual intervention.
  • Manage and optimize HR data structures to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytical reports, with a strong emphasis on Power BI.
  • Translate HR and business requirements into clear process maps and system workflows.
  • Identify, document, and improve end-to-end HR processes using best-practice methodologies.
  • Manage and support system integrations between HR systems and other business platforms (e.g. payroll, ERP, time & attendance).
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve HR technology continuously and reporting capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and POPIA requirements.


Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Information Systems, HR, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in HR systems, automation, or business systems analysis.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and dashboard development.
  • Proven experience in process mapping, documentation, and process optimization.
  • Experience with system integrations.
  • Solid understanding of HR data, metrics, and HR functional processes.



Requirements
