Join the Burnt Studios Retail Team– Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth As the founding Store Manager of our Walmer Park store, you will play a critical role in establishing Burnt Studios in the Eastern Cape. You will be responsible for driving commercial success, building a strong team culture, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store performance through strong sales leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences.
Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team while building a strong and positive store culture.
Oversee daily operations including stock flow, financial administration, store standards, and reporting.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to improve overall store performance.
Ensure the Burnt Studios brand, values, and customer experience standards are consistently upheld.

Experience&Qualifications
4–8 years of retail leadership or management experience.
Experience leading teams in a high performance retail environment.
A relevant Diploma or Degree in Retail Business Management, Organisational Psychology, Operations, or a related field will be advantageous.
